An all levels class that includes an opening chant, a brief warmup for your spine, a sequence of postures paired with breathing exercises, a deep yogi relaxation sleep and a closing meditation.
Please bring your mat, meditation cushion, drink bottle and eye pillow.
Blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters are provided.
