Morning Yoga 2 class is Zoom online class. Download the Zoom app to your laptop, tablet or phone and practice yoga from the comfort of your own home.

A dynamic yoga class with emphasis on alignment, sequencing, gaze points and energy locks. Poses will be modified to each individual student ability. All classes will include asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra. Suitable for intermediate and advanced students.

Please wash your hands before and after class. Don't forget to have a blanket or two nearby and two blocks may be helpful.
