Morning Yoga 1 class is Zoom online class. Download the Zoom app to your laptop, tablet or phone and practice yoga from the comfort of your own home. This class places emphasis on alignment, sequencing, gaze points and energy locks. Poses will be modified to each individual student ability. All classes will include asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra. Suitable for beginners and all levels. Please wash your hands before and after class. Don't forget to have a blanket or two nearby and two blocks may be helpful.
