An all levels class that includes an opening chant, a brief warm up for your spine, a sequence of postures paired with breathing exercises, a deep yogi relaxation sleep, meditation and a closing chant.
Please bring your mat, meditation cushion, drink bottle and eye pillow.
Blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters are provided.
